Wieliczka SalT Mine Tour

The historic salt mine in Wieliczka is the only mining site in the world functioning continuously since the Middle Ages to the present. In 1976 the mine was entered into the national register of historic monuments and two years later in 1978. inscribed by UNESCO on the first list of world heritage. Wieliczka Salt Mine has 9 levels, the first level Bono reaches a depth of 64 meters, and the last is 327 meters below the ground.

The total length of the walkways connecting the 3000 excavations exceeds 300 km.

The world-famous underground tourist route of the Wieliczka Mine was founded at the turn of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. For the tour is approximately 3 km route consisting of 20 chambers located at depths ranging from 64 meters to 135 meters.

We will organize for you a private tour to Wieliczka Salt Mine. Our driver will pick you up in the place indicated by you, a hotel, an apartement in the appointed time. Suggested departure time is 9:00 pm. The car and driver will be at your disposal. Visiting the salt mineis always done with a guide. Ticket price with a guide in English is 119 zloty per person. Average time spent on the trail about 3 houers. After the tour , our driver will takeback to Krakow.
